If you already know the name of the art piece you’re looking for you can click on the search icon, on the top right corner of the website and type the name of the art piece that you’re looking for.
If you don’t know neither the artist nor the title, then we suggest that you make a “keyword” search, by clicking on the search icon on the top right corner of the website and typing a word (noun, adjective, verb) that could describe an important aspect of the art piece that you are looking for. For instance, if the picture that you’re looking has a cloudy sky in it you could type “clouds” or “sky”.
The best way to browse our catalogue if you don’t know precisely what you’re looking for is to click on the “All artwork” link on the top left corner of the website. This will redirect you to a page where all our catalogue is displayed randomly.

1.- Filtering by category:
All our artwork is classified in several categories (f.i. Digital Photography, Film Photography, Photobooks…). If you are looking for a photobook then you can click on “Photobooks” to narrow your search.
2.- Filtering by tag:
All our artwork has been tagged, and the tags corresponding to an art piece are displayed in each art piece’s page.
If you ended up in an art piece that has a tag “sky”, for instance, and you want to find all the art pieces that share the tag “sky”, then you just need to click on “sky”. This will bring you to a page displaying only the pieces that share the tag “sky”.
3.- Filtering by attribute:
All our artwork has attributes, which are special features that each art piece has, such as the type of print paper or the camera used.
If you ended up in an art piece that has a camera attribute “Canon”, for instance, and you want to find all the art pieces that share the camera attribute “Canon”, then you just need to click on “Canon”. This will bring you to a page displaying only the pieces that share the camera attribute “Canon”.
4.- Browsing Similar artwork:
At the bottom of each of our art pieces’ page there’s the “Similar artwork” section which displays several pieces that share some features with the main one.

It depends on each artist. Some artists prefer to print their photos on demand, while other artists have them already printed out beforehand.
Signature on prints is an exclusive decision of each artist. In case you want to know, we recommend you to contact the artist first.
Yes indeed, but only in case there would be availability for more than one copy. Some of our artists work with very short limited editions, which is why in some cases maybe only one single print would be left available for sale.
Whether a specific print is available as a limited edition or an open (unlimited) edition depends exclusively on each artist. You will find specifications about this feature in each item’s page, in the “additional information” section.
Whether an item is sold with a frame or without a frame depends exclusively on each artist and it’s specified in the “additional information” section for that same item.
No, it’s not necessary. In case you were thinking of purchasing again at Unframed Photo, then it would be useful to create an account in order to avoid filling the form again. You have the option to create an account at the checkout page, before entering your payment details.
Unframed photo accepts both Credit Card payments and payments made via Paypal.

Our artists can choose how to ship their artwork in 3 different class, depending on the item: in a box, in a tub or in an envelope.
In the other hand, each shipping class has 3 different sizes :large, midsize and small. The shipping fees are as follows:

Our customers can cancel their orders at any time before the item gets shipped.
However, depending on when the order was cancelled, total refund would not be applicable.
If your order was already printed out, then printing costs will be extracted from the refund.
If your order was already framed, then printing and framing costs will be extracted from the refund.
If your order was already delivered, then printing, framing and shipment costs will be extracted from the refund.
Our customers have 7 days after the arrival of the art piece to decide whether they want to keep or return the art piece.
However, in case they want to send it back to the artist, please note that total refund will not be applicable, printing, framing and shipment costs will be extracted from the refund.
In the other hand, the return of the art piece will be at the expense of the customer.
In case there was some damage with the shipment, we recommend you to contact the artist who made the delivery in order to solve this issue.
If can be demonstrated that it was a messenger’s fault, then you have the right to a second shipment at no extra cost for you.
